Melt the chocolate, peanut butter, and oil in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring. Remove from the heat and fold in the banana slices until evenly coated. Place the peanuts and jimmies in a small bowl.
Dredge each banana slice into the mixture, using a skewer, then spear a peanut butter cup on the end.
Place on a wax-paper lined pan and refrigerate until the coating is set.
