In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, clam-tomato juice, tequila, lime juice, horseradish, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
In a small shallow dish, whisk to combine the salt and chili powder.
Dip glass rims in the salt mixture to coat. Fill glasses with ice, then fill halfway with tomato-tequila mixture. Top off with beer and serve.
