  1. Heat electric wok at medium high setting. Add oil and stir in scallions and garlic. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli or carrots and water. Cover and steam for 4 minutes. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce and ginger. Simmer mixture for 2 minutes. Add snow peas and toss to coat. Serve with rice.
