Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

2 3/4 cups Homemade Cookie Mix

1/4 cup Smucker's® Sweet Orange Low Sugar Marmalade

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups flaked coconut, divided


  1. 1. HEAT oven to 375 degrees F. Coat baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. 2. COMBINE Homemade Cookie Mix, orange marmalade, egg and vanilla in medium bowl using an electric mixer on low speed until a sticky dough forms. Stir in 1 cup flaked coconut. Shape scant teaspoonfuls of dough into a ball. Roll in remaining coconut. Place 2-inches apart on prepared baking sheet.
  3. 3. BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown around edges. Cool completely on cooling rack.
