Broiled Steak, 3 Ways

Once you've mastered the simple art of broiling steak, the possibilities for fun, easy and impressive meals are endless. Here are three ideas to get you started.

Southern Steak and Egg Biscuit Sandwich with Pimento Cheese
The name of the recipe says it all. Just split your favorite biscuit in half, slather it with pimento cheese spread, then top it with thinly sliced steak and a fried egg. A little hot sauce adds an extra kick to this over-the-top breakfast sandwich.

Steak and Kimchi Lettuce Wraps with Rice Noodles
This flavorful, low-carb meal is a cinch to make, and it is perfect for when the weather finally starts to warm up. Just toss some cold, cooked rice noodles in a little bit of toasted sesame oil and nestle them in some Bibb lettuce leaves. Top them with sliced steak, kimchi and cilantro, then dig in!

Big Steak Salad with Blue Cheese and Waffle Fry Croutons
Eating a salad doesn't feel like paying penance when it's loaded up with hearty steak and generous hunks of blue cheese. To make the croutons, break frozen waffle fries into medium-sized pieces and toss them with a little chili powder before baking them. Toss romaine lettuce with your favorite veggies, then top the salad with sliced steak, crumbled blue cheese and, of course, the fries! Finish it off with a drizzle of ranch dressing.
