Big Steak Salad with Blue Cheese and Waffle Fry Croutons

Eating a salad doesn't feel like paying penance when it's loaded up with hearty steak and generous hunks of blue cheese. To make the croutons, break frozen waffle fries into medium-sized pieces and toss them with a little chili powder before baking them.
