Vegetable oil, for frying

6 small Yukon gold potatoes

1 teaspoon The Lady's Seasoned Salt or Lawry's Seasoned Salt


  1. In a large Dutch oven or deep-fryer, pour oil to a depth of 2-inches and heat over medium-high heat to 350 degrees F.
  2. Wash potatoes and pat dry. Cut each potato crosswise into 1/8-inch thick slices.
  3. Fry potatoes, in batches, 4 to 6 minutes, or until golden. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Serve immediately.
