Love this recipe, it was a hit everywhere I made it. Impressed the boyfriend's mother, satisfied 50 teenagers, and all with a recipe so simple that I could make the whole thing in half an hour. Quickly became a favorite with me! It pairs the complex, complementary flavors of a good stir fry with easily identified ingredients, fun colors, and a flavor that only improves the next day. Would definitely recommend 10/10
