Cut the chicken breasts into strips. In a medium bowl, toss together chicken strips, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. In a separate medium bowl, toss together with Napa cabbage shredded, 2 cups spinach leaves, shredded, and 1 carrot, shredded. Add 1 teaspoon sesame oil and salt to taste. Slice a baguette 3/4 of the way through. Stuff the chicken and slaw into the baguette. Cut into 3 or 4 sandwiches.;
