Shaved Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

1 head napa or any other cabbage, shredded (about 6 cups loosely packed shaved cabbage)

2 cups thinly sliced radishes

1/2 cup minced chives

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 tablespoon lime juice

Kosher salt

Directions

  1. Mix the cabbage, radishes, chives, olive oil, vinegar, lime juice and salt to taste in a large mixing bowl. Toss very well until the vegetables are evenly coated in the dressing, then serve.
