Shrimp and Spinach Noodle Soup

8 cups water

1 pound pasta (i.e., spaghetti, capellini, linguine, rice noodles)

3 packets wonton soup base

16 shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 pound spinach


  1. Bring water to a boil with salt in a large pasta pot. Cook the pasta.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Add the soup base, shrimp, and spinach. Let simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Divide the pasta among four bowls. Pour soup over the noodles.
