Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut out 2-inch squares from the dough. Place a caramel candy in the center of each and wrap the dough gently around the candy to form the bites.
Roll each of the bites in the cinnamon sugar blend, coating all sides.
Place the bites onto a baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until they're firm and slightly puffy.
Let cool for a few minutes, but serve warm so the caramel is nice and gooey
Tip: Reheat leftovers before eating - put them in the microwave for a couple of seconds to soften the caramel
