Tortellini Alfredo with Prosciutto

Tortellini, popular in Parma, will be tossed with the alfredo sauce, then slivers of prosciutto (i.e. "Parma Ham") will be scattered on top.

1 cup Classico® Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce

Kosher salt

10 ounces tortellini

4 ounces broccoli raab, cut into 2-inch pieces (2 cups)

1 cup frozen peas

1 ounce prosciutto, torn


  1. Put the sauce in a large skillet and heat over low heat.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and broccoli raab and cook for 2 minutes. Add the peas and cook for 1 minute. Drain and immediately transfer to the skillet with the sauce. Gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Divide between serving plates and top with the prosciutto. Serve immediately.

Cook’s Note

Choose any tortellini you like. This tastes especially good with any cheese options, ones with spinach, and ones with prosciutto.
