Kale Chips

Kale seems to be all the rage, and I have jumped on the bandwagon like everybody else. I like these "chips" because they combine sweet, salt, and spicy. They're the perfect crunchy snack between meals, and they are loaded with nutrients, especially vitamin K. K for kale!

I didn't care for these. I used a teaspoon of Kosher salt and still too salty. Seemed to me there was too much oil. They burnt a little even though I watched them closely. The directions did not say to use parchment paper. When I went back and looked at the video, it appears parchment was used. I won't make these again.
