Directions

Finely chop papaya, pineapple and ginger in processor. With machine running, add 1 cup juice; process until mixture is almost smooth. Pour into large pitcher. Mix in remaining juice. (Can be made 6 hours ahead. Refrigerate.) Stir in crushed ice. Gradually pour in sparkling water. Stir until blended and serve.
