Two-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

Vegetable oil, as needed

2 large eggs 

1 ripe medium banana 


  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add some oil.
  2. Blend the eggs and banana in a blender until very smooth, 30 seconds to a minute. Pour the banana mixture in the hot skillet and cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook another minute. Serve immediately.

So they serve their purpose of no carbs, but they are a little dull my advice.... -use older bananas they have much more flavor - smoosh bananas in one bowl and whisk eggs in the other and then whisk together.. much fluffier -Add a little vanilla, cinnamon and sugar berries or nuts - top with a dusting of powdered sugar Hope that helps :)
