A fresh, contemporary menu and nightly live music are the big draw for this Austin hotspot. Something else they're known for: their cocktails. The Isle of Earl is Geraldine's take on the hot-toddy. It's flavored with exotically citrusy bergamot, strongly steeped, then mixed with Irish whiskey, honey and a squeeze of lemon. “[It’s] a hot drink for surviving the winter months ... to warm you up and cure what ails you!” says bartender Amy Albin.
