National Showdown

World-class restaurateur Scott Conant challenges three chef teams in their own restaurant kitchens across America to compete in a real-world culinary battle. From his home base in Scottsdale, Ariz., Scott throws down challenges in two rounds that speak to everyday issues faced by chefs and restaurants. The chefs must complete the challenges using their own ingredients and equipment to impress the respected restaurateur -- Maneet Chauhan, Chris Cosentino and Tiffani Faison -- waiting in their dining rooms. In the end, only one restaurant team will win city pride and $15,000 for restaurant improvements.
