It's back to basics on farm stand food. From one local farm box delivered by farmers from the Amber Waves Farm, Ina creates three farm fresh dishes: Scalloped Tomatoes, Cape Cod Chopped Salad and Zucchini Pancakes. Ina is then answering everyone's farm fresh produce questions in Ask Ina.

Get Grilling

It's back to basics on Grilling. From an elegant and easy grilled main course packed with flavor, Grilled Indonesian swordfish to a grilling master class from executive chef Joe Realmuto from Town Line BBQ who shares his recipe for BBQ sauce over skirt steak and a perfect all purpose grilling party salad Green salad with Blue Cheese Dressing. Then Ina is in the hot seat answering everyone's grilling questions in Ask Ina.

Baking Basics

It's back to basics on baking. There's a cookie master class from local baker Kathleen King of Tates Bakeshop who shares her recipe for Double Chocolate Almond Cookies, an easy bake Irish Soda Bread and the easiest shortcut appetizer ever, Savory Palmiers. Then Ina is answering everyone's baking dilemmas in Ask Ina.

Italian Restaurant Food at Home

It's back to basics Italian restaurant food at home. There's a delicious master class from Joe Realmuto, executive chef of local Italian restaurant Nick and Toni's, who shares his famous recipe for Penne alla Vecchia Bettola, an Italian classic dessert with the volume turned up, Rum Raisin Tiramisu and a gorgeous no cook Italian anti pasti platter. Then Ina is answering everyone's Italian questions in Ask Ina.

It's back to basics on surprises. It's lasagna with a Greek twist, Pastitsio, served with an Arugula and Watermelon Feta Salad bursting with flavor, plus a gorgeous table setting for a surprise dinner date with Jeffrey.

It's back to basics on outdoor entertaining. For lunch using ingredients from the garden Capellini with tomatoes and basil. Plus a perfect tea party menu for a garden tour party Raisin Pecan and Oatmeal cookies and smoked salmon sandwiches. Ina is then tackling everyone's outdoor entertaining questions in Ask Ina.

Thanksgiving Pot Luck

It's back to basics on Thanksgiving pot luck parties. There's a foolproof no stress Turkey Roulade, with easy sides; Roasted Vegetables With Simple String Beans and the classics with the volume turned up, Cranberry Conserve and Homemade Gravy. Then for dessert, Gingerbread Cupcakes With Orange Frosting plus a festive table setting by Ina's new stylist Robert Ruffino.
