Bobby's extreme passion for cooking is matched only by his love of horse racing. His brunch menu will get you ready to head off to the races in Kentucky Derby style with Country Ham and Fried Eggs served on a Southern staple — homemade Angel Biscuits. He'll flip some Silver Dollar Buttermilk-Pecan Pancakes on the griddle and serve them with a Bourbon Molasses Butter that would make any Derby goer melt! And for a photo finish a Southern favorite, Blackberry Iced Tea mixed with some authentic Kentucky Bourbon.
Bobby whisks us away to the South of France as he cooks up a delicious brunch menu inspired by one of his favorite places. For a little something sweet he whips up a Pain Perdu with Fresh Peaches & Vanilla Butter, and to finish ... a White Wine and Lillet Cocktail. Dee-lish!
When it comes to Spanish cuisine, Bobby's a true aficionado. He starts off his brunch menu like most Spaniards do — a Cafe Con Leche with Spiced Sugar Churros and Chocolate Dipping Sauce. The main event features a flavorful Piperrada along with Patatas Bravas With a Roasted Tomato Aioli. And to get this fiesta rockin' he finishes with a refreshing Sangria Sunrise.
Inspired by what he calls one of the greatest food cities in America, Bobby creates a brunch menu that would make New Orleans proud. To start, he'll mix up a Spiked Iced Chicory Coffee that will make your taste buds think you're sipping it on Bourbon Street. And no trip to the Big Easy is complete without a few Beignets. Bobby pairs this perfect brunch snack with a Homemade Blackberry Jam. Then Bobby gives a NOLA twist to a classic Eggs Benedict, with his Poached Eggs, Tasso Ham & Griddled Tomato with Cajun Hollandaise on English Muffins.
There's nothing that makes Bobby happier than sneaking out of bed on a Sunday morning to make his wife Stephanie's favorite brunch. Bobby starts with a dish that reminds Steph of her Texas roots, Black Pepper Buttermilk Biscuits topped with Scrambled Eggs, Pork Sausage and a Cream Sauce made just the way she likes it. To satisfy her sweet tooth, Lemon Ricotta Fritters fresh out of the fryer are served alongside a Homemade Berry Jam. And if that's not enough to entice Stephanie out of bed, Bobby makes a cocktail with her favorite ingredients, a Tangerine Gin Fizz.
We head south of the border for Bobby's Mexican themed brunch with his version of Huevos Rancheros with Chorizo and a spicy Tomato-Red Chile Sauce. He serves his Ranch Style Eggs over Fresh Corn Tortillas with Spicy Home Fries on the side. And to wash it all down he makes a Bloody Mary-Margarita inspired cocktail he aptly calls, a Sangrita!
When Bobby's daughter Sophie has a sleepover it can only mean one thing ... dad's in the kitchen cooking up brunch for everyone! This fun and tasty menu starts with an Apple Pie Oatmeal with Bruleed Crust that's sure to wake up your taste buds and satisfy your sweet tooth. Next up for Sophie and friends is Ham, Egg & Cheese toasted to perfection on English Muffins. Bobby's Peanut Butter & Jelly French Toast Waffles will have you wondering if you're eating Waffles or French Toast ... but either way, it's delicious! And as a special treat for the kids, Strawberry Pina Coladas-they may not have alcohol, but they've got plenty of tasty fruity flavor!

Bobby's fitness-minded menu is filled with some of his favorite ingredients. He starts with Homemade Mango-Agave Granola With Greek Yogurt. Bobby pairs his favorite fruit with a light and simple dressing for his Grapefruit Salad With Honey-Mint Dressing. A NYC brunch staple, Smoked Salmon is on the menu, served on Seven Grain Bread With Tomato, Honey Mustard and Dill.
