Bobby tips his hat to his New York roots as he whips up an amazing brunch inspired by some of the best New York delis. Bobby also makes some killer Potato Pancakes from scratch with Chunky Granny Smith Apple Sauce and Cinnamon Creme Fraiche. And as if that wasn't enough, he makes a fresh Smoothie with Carrot Juice and Mangos. Deli-icious!

To finish things off one of his favorite desserts - gelato! Only Bobby turns his into a triple threat cocktail with Raspberry Sorbetto, and fresh Peach and Vanilla Gelato, topped off with sparkling Prosecco. Viva L'Italia!

Bobby derives inspiration for this spectacular menu from the sweet and savory ingredients of Southern style cuisine. And it wouldn't be the South if there weren't collard greens and biscuits, so he cooks up a Sauteed Collard Green Omelet that will have you begging for seconds, along with Mustard Glazed Ham and Pimento Cheese Biscuits that are simply, sinful. Then he adds a hearty dose of decadence as he cooks homemade Sour Cream Waffles with Fresh Peaches in a Toasted Pecan Praline Sauce. And to drink? Bourbon, of course. Bobby's B and Tea includes sweet tea with citrus, mint, and Bourbon over ice. Enjoy!
Bobby makes a British-inspired brunch fit for royalty. Tea sandwiches take center stage with Bobby's Open Faced Egg Salad Sandwiches topped with Crab and Poppy Seeds on Pumpernickel Bread. A light and refreshing Watercress, Cucumber and Smoked Salmon Salad also makes the cut. To add a little something sweet, Bobby makes Crumpets With Whipped Butter and Orange-Blueberry Marmalade. And finally, Bobby's fresh Strawberries filled With Clotted Cream.
