Season shrimp all over; be generous.

Put them in a single layer in the pan and pour olive oil all over them. (It’s a lot of oil.)

Cook them until they all just turn pink. (Move them around a little to make sure they all cook at once.)

Cut one in half to make sure it’s no longer transparent in the center.

Take them all out and drain them on paper towels.

Eat them in shrimp cocktail or on top of a salad, or make an appetizer.
