Star Snacks: Viewing Party Treats from the Final Four

Martie, Yvan, Michele and Justin each created a special snack recipe especially for their fans. Celebrate your Star hopeful and cook up some tasty snacks for your finale viewing party on Sunday night (9pm/8c).
Martie's Baked Pita Chips and Charred Three-Onion Dip
"To me, there's nothing that says party like potato chips and dip," says Martie. "Take the typical chips and dip to a new level with smoky baked pita chips and my charred three-onion dip. Better make a double batch!"
Yvan combines his Venezuelan heritage with his mentor Giada's Italian roots in this empanada filled with all the traditional ingredients for eggplant Parmesan: lightly fried eggplant, tomatoes and mozzarella.
"To me, every party needs deviled eggs, but my deviled eggs are a little different," says Michele. "If you want New England-style deviled eggs then we are definitely talking lobster. This transforms a regular old-time snack into a sexy little piece of New England."
Justin creates a homemade spin on a favorite nacho cheese-flavored chip: "Why? Because if you can make your own guilty pleasures there should be no guilt involved!"
