"See, I love bacon, and at Slater's 50/50 you can pretty much get bacon in everything," Alfonso Ribeiro says of the scene at this Pasadena, Calif., hot spot. When he visits, he opts for the Bacon Brownie, a double-stacked brownie tower featuring smears of gooey chocolate ganache and plenty of crumbled, crispy, brown sugar-laced bacon. "It's like a mouthful of flavors and textures all together," Alfonso adds.

Catch New York
"Lobster is guilty on its own … dipped in butter. Mac and cheese is guilty on its own. When you put the two together, it's like double the guilty," Tia Mowry says of the Macaroni & Lobster Cream she orders at Catch New York in the Big Apple. Featuring a combination of claw and tail lobster meat, a silky cream sauce and cool mascarpone cheese, this decadent dish is finished with breadcrumbs and quickly baked before serving.

Lincoln Restaurant
Just when you think there's no way to reinvent a classic apple pie, Lincoln Restaurant in Portland, Ore., shows off its Bacon Apple Pie, featuring a traditional pastry crust, tender apple filling and — wait for it — an all-bacon blanket on top. "It's almost one of those dishes that you can't believe hasn't always existed," Gail Simmons says, "and now, quite frankly, it's difficult to eat apple pie without a lattice of bacon."

Take it from Guy Fieri: "This sub is an Atlantic City original." He's talking about the Italian Sub at White House Sub Shop in Atlantic City, N.J. There's no shortage of fixings inside this 18-inch beauty. It's stuffed with provolone cheese, two kinds of salami and a layer of capicola, plus fresh veggies like lettuce, tomatoes and onion.
