According to Daphne Oz, Barney Greengrass in New York City is "like stepping into the oldie time New York Jewish deli that you've always wanted to visit." She goes there for the Potato Latkes, which turn out golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. These onion-studded latkes are served with applesauce and sour cream, which Daphne deems "the original sweet and savory pairings."
