At the center of the competition space is an oversized revolving roulette wheel equipped with four cooking stations that each include an oven and stovetop, which are powered by propane tanks.
The Judges' Table
Positioned at a higher elevation, the judges' table offers the perfect spot for the judges to critique the chefs and for the host to serve up commentary during the competition.
The Casino Kitchen
Although the chefs will be cooking at one of four stations on the roulette wheel, additional cooking space and appliances are available along the perimeter of the room.
From Basic to Advanced
A microwave, vacuum sealer, immersion circulator, anti-griddle, deep fryers and smoking guns are just some of the appliances available to the chefs.
Casino Cooking
A pantry stocked with almost anything the chefs would need or want is accessible, along with a refrigerator full of fresh produce, meat, seafood and more.
Retro Rewind
These Sputnik-style light fixtures, which dot the set, lend a retro look to the Kitchen Casino set, harking back to Las Vegas in its heyday.
Winning or Losing Is a Gamble
Containers of dice and playing cards remind contestants of the gambling theme of the competition. How much Lady Luck plays into their successes or failures will be up to how well they play the game.
