Signature Dish: Chicken teriyaki lettuce wraps
Fun Fact: When she was little, Amber used to pretend she was Rachael Ray, cooking with play dough.
Finn

Signature Dish: Beef kebabs
Fun Fact: Besides cooking, Finn is into boxing, so watch out for this kid's competitive streak.
Gibson
Considering himself the only legitimate cook in his household, Gibson, 11, loves to cook dinner and lately has been honing his craft by taking cooking classes. Recently, as the first kid entrant in his school's chili cook-off fundraiser, he won second place. He also runs a cooking club for fourth-graders at his school.
Signature Dish: Turkey sausage with peppers and onions
Fun Fact: Gibson calls Guy Fieri his idol.
Helen
As a self-professed perfectionist, Helen, 12, cooks every night to keep herself well-practiced, and she isn't afraid to start a recipe over if it doesn't work the first time. She learned to cook by shadowing her mother in the kitchen. She dreams of having her own restaurant one day.
Signature Dish: Honey and soy sauce pork chops
Fun Fact: Helen loves to hunt, fish, sculpt and paint.
Lauren
Lauren, 12, thinks she "could live in the kitchen," she loves cooking so much. She's been at it since the age of 8, and she has tried classes, but they're never advanced enough for her. Lauren's dream would be to have her own cooking show.
Signature Dish: Crepes stuffed with chicken, feta and cherry tomatoes, wrapped in cilantro
Fun fact: Lauren prefers Black Sabbath over Justin Bieber or One Direction, and she's a drummer.
Luis
Luis, 11, thinks of himself as very cultured and loves to cook different international foods. He first got into the kitchen as his mom's sous chef. He expects nothing but perfection from the foods he puts out, practicing until everything has been perfected.
Signature Dish: Pulled pork with buttermilk waffles and slaw
Fun Fact: Luis can speak three languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Madison
Madison, 11, learned to cook by helping her dad prepare meals, scaring her mother with her knife skills. Her cuisine features fresh ingredients with bold flavors, and she loves cooking Southern foods and Asian dishes. She counts at least 50 dishes she's created by improvising.
Signature Dish: Shrimp and grits
Fun Fact: Madison calls herself brave, and she isn't afraid to stand up to others who are older.
Sean
Sean, 12, has been cooking since the age of 7, but he doesn't like to have anyone in the kitchen with him because he's the head chef. The first dish he ever learned to make was an omelet, and he's never taken classes. He attributes all his knowledge to cooking shows and cookbooks.
Signature Dish: Lamb chops
Fun Fact: Sean dances every day and has had a video go viral on YouTube.
