Bryce has some trouble keeping track of all the tickets that are coming in, but he's back on track once the brothers help him reorganize. At the end of the weekend, however, the guys find themselves in the bottom two because of the low-price strategy.

In Solvang, Calif., Tyler has the teams hunt for ostrich eggs and then cook with them. But when it comes to competing in challenges, the guys always fall one step behind. They're the last team to find their eggs.

To increase their productivity, the guys try a strategy of pre-prepping everything they can, and they shorten their menu. It seems to work great until Tyler makes the teams cook everything in aebelskiver pans.

The guys land in third place, still in the bottom two. Luckily it's enough to advance to the next stop in the race, Palm Springs, Calif.

Tyler springs a dessert-in-the-desert challenge on the teams, and they must sell a sweet at $6. But the teams have to bid on their ingredients for exclusive rights; the guys win chocolate.

The guys make chocolate sandwich cookie shakes, deciding to sell them at a local ballgame. Sales aren't successful at first, but the twins put on the charm.

The guys win the dessert challenge, but they don't win Tyler's next challenge, which has them dressing up and taking selfies with customers. Luckily, one win is enough to earn a spot in the finale.

Before the teams' trucks are shipped to Catalina Island, Calif., the guys have time to prep for their first challenge: selling their own version of the hot dog.

Tyler's provided each team with a cart, and both teams start selling in San Pedro, Calif., right away. But things come to a head when Carretto Siciliano wants to move in on the cheese guys' territory.

As the winners of the challenge, the cheese guys get airlifted to Catalina Island by helicopter, giving them an hour head start on Carretto Siciliano. They hop in a golf cart to head to their truck.

To rally customers, Michael heads out with a menu sign, even going to the beach to see if he can convince customers to come to their truck. In the finale, every sale counts.

It's neck and neck as both Grilled Cheese All-Stars and Carretto Siciliano compete for the same customers. The pushy salesman comes out in everyone. Eventually Tyler arrives to announce that the race is over and collect the teams' cash boxes.

Tyler has both teams open briefcases to find out who has won, but only Grilled Cheese All-Stars has a briefcase filled with $50,000 in cash. The underdogs have won the race over front-runners Carretto Siciliano. "It's the very beginning of a new adventure," says Michael as they celebrate with champagne.
