A cocktail made with cream, crème de menthe and white crème de cacao. Because it's very sweet, a grasshopper is usually served after dinner. Grasshopper pie is flavored with crème de menthe and white crème de cacao, enriched by whipped cream and lightened with beaten egg whites. It typically has a graham-cracker or cookie-crumb crust.
