You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 8 angel hair nests cooked and drained
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 pounds large peeled and deveined shrimp, thawed if frozen
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • Dash sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Directions

Set oven to broil 475 degrees F.

In a large saute pan melt butter, and saute briefly the garlic, onion, shrimp, lemon juice, seasonings, and parsley. Remove from heat. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan; sprinkle over shrimp and place under the broiler for 3 minutes. Serve over pasta.
