Nice and crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside. A nice bite of mint but the chocolate flavour was weak.

I had such a hard time with this meringue recipe. It seemed like the written instructions were missing a step or 2. And the outcome of my cookies was proof positive of this. YUCK!!! (P.S. Should a mint cookie be BROWN???

These were also very easy and delicious. It took no time to make and were a very cute presentation, once I finally got the piping down.
