Super easy to make and delicious. I agree with others that no salt is necessary on the cod as the prosciutto is salty enough. Would definately make it again.

I made this for my family and everyone loved it (including my 2 year old and 4 year old. The pepper taste jumped out when combined with the fish and proscuitto. It was really nice. It was a bit salty, but I may have oversalted prior to wrapping the fish in proscuitto. We all really enjoyed this recipe and I found it amazingly simple to make.

It was good, fast and healthy but definately needed a little something. I tried lemon but the proscuitto over powered it. I will give it thought before making it again.
