Bravo Michael, you have just taken me back to Europe. Both of my parents were born in Spain and I do remember as a child all the Italian friends they had. Between Spain and Italy, and of course France, since my father's mother is from there, I had the opportunity to try the best food in the whole world. These olives taste like heaven. I served them while entertaining very important people, and everybody was totally impressed.

    Thank You.

I don't eat olives, but I tried this recipe for my boyfriend and he loved them. I didn't even taste test it, but he said they were perfect! I'm sure he'll ask me to make them again.

How are these served? Crackers, warm bread sticks, what?
