My grandkids beg for this when they come over. I have to keep the ingredients on hand all the time now. The mixture of the vanilla and orange remind me of the Dreamsicles I ate as a child.

Very easy to make and takes no time at all. The kids even enjoy helping out with this one.

One of my favorite TV cooks has always been Michael Chiarello, but this 'recipe' is disgusting...shades of 'Semihomemade' (but NOTHING at all was 'made' in this recipe, which is my least favorite of the programs
(In the interest of full disclosure, I am particularly biased because I have completely changed the way I eat due to breast cancer...now it's all organic, no refined flours, meat, sweetners, dairy, fats, etc....but I still enjoy watching some of the programs from time to time. But, it's appalling to me now how much flour, sugar, butter, fried food is encouraged on these programs.
P.S. My change of diet didn't put tumor into remission (my actual goal, but I lost 65 pounds in 5 months...a very nice result.
