You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 1/4-ounce) box milk chocolate cake mix (recommended: Betty Crocker)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup (8-ounce) package toffee chips (recommended: Heath Toffee Bits)
  • 3 teaspoons toffee cappuccino mix (recommended: Hills Brothers English Toffee)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in a bowl and mix well. Stir in toffee bits and instant coffee mix. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at for 8 to 10 minutes.

Upon removing from oven, let the cookies stand on sheet for 2 minutes, then cool on racks.

    These cookies are amazing. Always a big hit when I take them somewhere. Easy and delicious! I modified the recipe slightly by making them with white chocolate chips and added in pecans! They are to die for!

    I had to make these because they looked so easy. I loved them. I did not put in the cappucino mix because I didn't want to buy it and never use it again. They were great even without it. Will make again. Thanks
