With so few ingredients I was leery of this recipe at first, but its actually quite tasty. I don't like pasta without sauce though, so I made a quick white sauce and mixed that in. Delish!

I'll be honest, I thought this would be a bust when my boyfriend picked it out, but boy was I surprised! It was very easy to make and tasted great! I have made it several times, both with and without the pepper and tastes great both ways. I have also made it with angel hair pasta when I don't have rigatoni and that tastes good as well!
