Full Episode Guide
  • Duff and Geof take their RV bakery south, to cattle country, for some Cadillac graffiti, gun shooting and mule riding with the locals. Then Duff gets to feed his need for speed, taking a NASCAR-approved racecar through its paces at the Charlotte Speedway and making a cake for one of the country's hottest racing teams.

  • It's a testosterone-filled bakery as Tony Siragusa, Jason Cameron and the crew of DIY's MAN CAVES invades Charm City Cakes to outfit Duff with a new guy-themed basement. Duff, Elena and Geof road trip to the windy city to deliver a cake and wow the lovers of the independent music scene with some Baltimore rock.

  • Is the economic fate of the nation in the hands of a man who doesn't own a tie? It might be, when Duff is commissioned to do a cake modeled after the New York Stock Exchange AND the chef himself gets to ring the opening bell! Plus, Duff is honored to deliver a whisky celebration cake to the legendary James Beard House where he rubs elbows with the foodie elite and gets a peek at the world famous Beard kitchen.

  • Chef Duff helps a romantic firefighter find a very memorable way to propose. Then he lets Joe tag along for a taste of big city life as he prepares a dessert buffet for a high end New York PR firm celebrating Christmas in July. At the bakery, Duff and the CCC staff revision themselves as silent movie comedy stars!

  • It's just another crazy week at Charm City Cakes as Duff and his staff are challenged by a request for a roller coaster cake. And the bakery staff reflects on 100 episodes of bakery life and awesome cakes, including caketastrophes, puppets gone wild and Duff's tool tips.

  • There is not one, but two Stadium Cakes that CCC have to deliver this weekend. The first one is a groom's cake in the shape Camden Yards! The other cake, due the very next day, is a replica of the Raven's Stadium with NCAA Lacrosse players on the field. CCC is going to make a cake for a Birthday boy, Jason. They are making a version of Jason's head, flanked by two zombies eating his brain. This says Elena all the way! Crissy is bringing Jason to the bakery - unbeknownst to him - to reveal the surprise.

  • Elena goes all out creating a cake of Han Solo frozen in carbonite while the entire bakery staff chips in to help mold a 70-plus pound chocolate likeness of the famous Civil War statue, Moment of Mercy. Duff checks out a new intern when musician Jewel stops by Charm City cakes and shows off her skills with fondant.

  • More Upcoming Episodes

  • Franklin where? Chef Duff is westward bound, heading his RV out to Franklin Grove, Illinois for some sheep shearing, muzzle loading and a 175th year anniversary cake for the town too small to have a stoplight. And he's finding out just how difficult it is to fondant and decorate in a moveable bakery the size of a large closet!

  • Duff rushes to finish a cake for the 85th anniversary of the Grand Ole Opry -- a cake with a real mic inside! But perhaps Duff's cake dreams have finally gone too far this time. The cake starts sagging, the mic's not working, and Duff and Geof scramble to keep it together as the curtain is about to go up!

About the Host

Ace of Cakes' Duff Goldman started cooking at four, when his mom caught him swinging around a cleaver while watching Chef Tell on TV.

About the Show

Meet Chef Duff. Shaping cakes with drill saws and blowtorches, and staffing his bakery with fellow rock musicians, he's not your typical baker. However, he's one of the most sought-after decorative cake makers in the country. Every week at Charm City Cakes in Baltimore, Duff and his team of artists try to meet the demands of creating up to 20 cakes a week, some of which take up to 29 hours to build! From a tilted Dr. Seuss-like seven-tiered wedding cake to an almost perfect replica of Wrigley Field, Duff can build it. Go behind the scenes to see how he and his fellow cake bakers dish up sugar and spice in the most unexpected and entertaining ways.
