Brad opened Wicks Brewing Company in Riverside, Calif., less than two years ago. It's had some success, but Brad's brash, crass and over-the-top micromanaging ways are threatening to bring the whole operation crashing down. His staff have reached their breaking point and are ready to walk out. But before they do, Richie Notar will stage a boss-intervention.
