As the CEO and president of Capital Cupcakes, Emma (11) runs her business out of her closet. She's extremely competitive, and if she wins she wants to use her prize money for culinary school.

Matthew (11) considers himself a Renaissance man, dabbling in a little bit of everything. He's a concert violinist and plays competitive tennis and soccer. He's also very passionate about baking.

From a tiny Texas town, Rebecca (13) loves to bake. She calls herself girly and loves competitive cheerleading and shopping, but also considers herself a tomboy as she likes to hunt and fish, too.

Green is Ryan's favorite color, which means he often rocks green socks and sometimes bakes treats to match. He's a competitive baseball player, and loves baking because it allows him to experiment.
