Ree Drummond is all about speedy seafood done four ways, and she starts by whipping up snappy Coconut Shrimp and Mango Dipping Sauce. Finally, she makes Spicy Stir Fry with Scallops, which is super swift and super good.
Fresh from the Merc
Ree Drummond and her sister, Betsy, are making over her Mercantile store and fixing up the menu with some new favorite dishes. There's Crunchy French Toast, the breakfast time star, and an incredibly easy, no-cook Heirloom Tomato Salad that's a must have. Ree's hosting a movie night for her daughter's classmates and preparing a Roman-inspired menu to accompany Shakespeare's Julius Caesar. Steaming pans of Supreme Pizza Lasagna, crisp Julius Caesar Salad and Neapolitan Ice Cream comprise the perfect feast before a tale of Roman intrigue and assassination.
Breakfast, Lunch and Cowboys
Ree's doing some cowgirl catering as she pitches in with the family and cowboys working calves, taking them a delicious breakfast of Apple Fritters With Bacon and Sausage and then serving up a fabulous lunch of Pulled Pork, Classic Coleslaw and Quick and Easy Baked Beans to the hungry crew down at the pens.
Pet Parade
Ree Drummond and Charlie, the family's Basset Hound, have been invited to a pet parade and potluck picnic. Ree's making Roasted Lemon Chicken Legs, Mexican Macaroni Salad, Watermelon Pico de Gallo and Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookies to take with them to Tulsa.

It's mash-up mania on the ranch, and Ree Drummond is proving two is better than one! For a family dinner, Italian and Mexican merge in a magical Chicken Enchilasagna. A combo of Zucchini Bread Waffles with cream cheese syrup is a doubly delicious pairing for the kids' breakfast, then flavors unite in a delicious batch of Potato Chip and Chocolate Chip Cookies and a Cheeseburger Salad.
Gathering Bulls
While the kids and Ladd are outside working the bulls, Ree is making them a rib-sticking meal for when the school bell rings. There's Strawberry Lemonade to refresh them when they get to the lodge, and then Scalloped Potatoes and Ham with a side of Lemony Green Beans. Ree Drummond is hosting brunch, and she's making things easy with a make-ahead party spread that's ready and in the fridge! First, she pulls together all the ingredients for an interactive and customized Bloody Mary Bar. Then, she knocks out a marvelous make-ahead dinner mashup of everyone's brunch favorites in her Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole. Ree whips up a fresh Citrus Salad with champagne vinegar dressing and pours Tropical Bellinis for the finishing touch on a stunning brunch with friends.
Party in the Fridge
