  • School's in at the lodge where it's homeschool Co-Op day. The night before Ree gets ahead with Strawberry Oatmeal Bars. The next day, up at the lodge, they're joined by the other moms and kids where Strawberry Jam is the first period in a cool lesson mixing science and cooking, followed by a nature trail around the ranch while Ree makes lunch for the hungry kids -- Broccoli Cheese Soup on hollowed out bread bowls.

  • Ree's brother Mike is helping Ladd feed the cattle out on the prairie and Ree is making a fabulous and comforting Mexican Hot Chocolate with marshmallows for toasting over the fire. While everyone's hanging out, she makes Mike's favorite breakfast; individual Eggbert's Sunrisers with Orange Mini Muffins.

  • It's 16-minute meals all the way through breakfast (Croissant French Toast With Maple Whipped Cream and Blackberry Syrup), lunch (Grilled Chicken and Strawberry Salad Wrap) and dinner (Pawhuska Cheesesteaks and Apple Peanut Butter Delight).

  • Cowboy Josh is taking Alex on as his ranch apprentice, and they're going to be ready for a stick to your ribs lunch. So Ree is fixing Supreme Pizza Burgers, a fabulous Quick Italian Salad, and frozen Fruit Pops. As a thank you to Josh, she's making his favorite chocolate dessert -- French Silk Pie to take home.
