  • Cowboy Josh is taking Alex on as his ranch apprentice, and they're going to be ready for a stick to your ribs lunch. So Ree is fixing Supreme Pizza Burgers, a fabulous Quick Italian Salad, and frozen Fruit Pops. As a thank you to Josh, she's making his favorite chocolate dessert -- French Silk Pie to take home.

  • Ree cooks up four of her favorite tasty treats to share with the people she loves. There's Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls for Pastor Ken, sticky sweet Baklava to enjoy over coffee with Grandma Edna Mae, White Chocolate Shortbread Cookies to cookie Sunday at church and Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries as the perfect birthday gift.

Then, Ree's hosting a dinner party for Alex and her best friends with personalized New York Style Chopped Salad with an Herby Ranch Dressing, home baked Rosemary Focaccia and the cutest Flower Pot Desserts.   • Ree challenges herself to cook meals in less and less time today. There's a 30 minute marvel -- Mini Meatball Sandwiches, 20-Minute Penne Alla Betsy, and a Buffalo Chicken Salad with Fast Blue Cheese Dressing that's ready in just ten! She's even able to whip together a bonus five minute meal with Easy Green Chile Enchiladas.

  • Ree's throwing a welcome home dinner for friends moving back to her town. There's Peppercorn Roasted Beef Tenderloin with fabulous Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and the two ingredient wonder dubbed "The Bread." For dessert, a show-stopping four layer Chocolate Strawberry Cake.
