Frozen Freak Out

Mentors Anne Burrell and Rachael Ray help the recruits break out of their shell by starting with the most important meal of the day: breakfast. First, the teams get cracking in a game that will get their hands messy and show how much they know about the many different egg dishes. The mentors then bring the day full circle in the main dish challenge by teaching the recruits how to ditch frozen microwave meals and create a home-cooked dinner that will have their friends and family coming back for more.

Celebrity: Live and Let Dough

For the skill drill challenge, the celebrities must execute a simple recipe that is missing some key words. Then, for their main challenge, the remaining recruits must cook complicated pasta dishes for special guests and former Worst Cooks contestants Jenni "Jwoww" Farley and Kendra Wilkinson. The celebrities with the best dishes head to the finale.

For the main dish challenge, the recruits must cook for a crowd and impress their guests with the ultimate game day sandwich and an appetizer.

Frozen To Fabulous

To build the recruits' understanding of flavor, Chefs Anne and Robert set out three sauces for each team to replicate by taste alone in hopes of winning the honor of "top taste buds". Each chef then incorporates one of the sauces into a seafood dish, and their team members must recreate the recipe for the Skill Drill. After some difficulties, the recruits start in on the Main Dish Challenge where Chefs Anne and Robert demo a multi-component "Frozen Meal Makeover" using fresh and flavorful ingredients for the recruits to replicate. After sampling the results, two more worst cooks must turn in their aprons and leave Boot Camp.

The culinary experts will pick a winner based on a blind tasting, and the winning recruit will walk away with $25,000.

Later, the mentor's teach the celebrities how to make some lobster dishes, which proves to be disastrous for some of these clueless cooks. After Anne and Rachael choose their teams, the celebrities are anxious to officially start their culinary training.

Anne Burrell has worked at some of New York's top restaurants and hosts Chef Wanted, Worst Cooks in America and Secrets of a Restaurant Chef.

Tyler Florence

For the past 15 years, Chef Tyler Florence has delighted the masses by sharing the sights, sounds and flavors of his unique culinary vision with fans around the world. After graduating from the prestigious culinary program at Johnson & Wales University, Florence tackled the Big Apple where he helmed multiple acclaimed restaurants and established himself as one of New York City’s finest young stars.
