Rory, 30 (Vega, TX) has a vibrant mix of an outgoing personality and a strong culinary background (she has a degree from the Culinary Institute of America and attended Johnson & Wales). Born on the east coast, she relocated to the small town of Vega, TX where she is currently building a restaurant. She is an animal lover and also appreciates the outdoors.

Food specialty: The grill, steaks, BBQ ribs

Interests: Food, photography, party planning, horses, Klay and anything new

Three foods you can't live without (other than bread or water): Sushi, salad, a good burger

Culinary inspirations: Scary to say - Eric Woods (chef of Blue Fin), and anyone that's willing to be daring

Culinary secret weapon: My ribs

Favorite food: Japanese. I can eat it, but I don't know much about cooking it.

Food you won't go near: Goat cheese

Weirdest thing you've ever eaten: Lion

Favorite food destination: St. Maarten
