Ingredients
- 3 ounces Dutch-processed cocoa, approximately 1 cup
- 2 ounces cornstarch, approximately 1/2 cup
- 6 ounces confectioners' sugar, approximately 1 1/2 cups
- 1 1/2 ounces instant non-fat dry milk, approximately 1/2 cup
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a large bowl or plastic container with a lid, combine the cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, instant non-fat dry milk, and salt. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

This was seriously the worst recipe I have EVER used. I had to add in an extra 1/4 cup of granulated sugar just to make it edible. Do not use this...look elsewhere for a better recipe. I usually love Alton's recipes, but this one is WAY below the mark!

A reviewer mentioned the lack of measurements for using the mix.
The video talks about how to use it.
1 3/4 cups mix
to 2 cups milk and 2 cups heavy cream
Whisk and simmer 4 minutes.
