My husband made these for my 30th birthday this Easter. They are WONDERFUL! Very fruity and fresh. I love the lime in there. We did use just orange juice since the stores did not have clementines and it was still very good. With clementines it would be better I am sure.

This was so crisp and delightful! I gave it 4 stars because there is no way this has 4 servings. It's more like 2. I didn't have any clementines, so I used oranges and I like my cocktails to sparkle, so I added a little tonic water. So delish! I will be making this over and over again and can't wait to try it with clementines or tangerines would be delectable!

We enjoyed these very much. Juicing the clementines takes a bit of time since they're small but these delights were well worth it. I will definitely add this recipe to my favorite drinks collection.
