Directions
Boil 1/2 cup honey, 1 tablespoon molasses, 1/2 stick unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a saucepan. Toss with 10 cups popcorn. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees until crisp, 10 to 15 minutes, checking often. Cool completely.

This was a great recipe..very easy to make and to clean up. I used kettle corn (microwave it took less then 2 bags. I also added more molasses to it...and added cashews. yummy. It took longer then 15 min for me...in my oven, but u do need to check it often so u dont burn it i almost did...it comes out a little soft and wet, but it will harden after u take it out of the oven. love it!!!

Great simple recipe! Made with honey and molasses instead or corn syrup. Not too sweet and perfectly crunchy. HINTS: Use fresh popcorn, not microwave. Put a few cups of popcorn into a plastic container with a lid and one to two ladles of syrup and shake for easy coating- repeat until all popcorn is coated. Use a spatula to press the corn into the baking pan for even cooking. Check after 15 minutes and look for lightly tanned popcorn (not sticky. Yummy!

All I could taste was the molasses in this recipe and followed the recipe to the T, Yech!!!!
