Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chilled triple-strength green tea
  • 1 tablespoon honey, plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup ice
  • Dash ground nutmeg
  • Dash ground cinnamon

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and drizzle honey on top of each milkshake to finish.

    I love green tea.
    I used it with vanilla ice cream instead without honey, and it was great! It was fine without the honey. Sweet and perfect for on the go!

    This recipe just ended up a jumble of flavors that was too sweet for me. I think I'll stick to the old standby smoothies.
