Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chilled triple-strength green tea
  • 1 tablespoon honey, plus more for garnish

Directions

1 cup ice

  • Dash ground nutmeg
  • Dash ground cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and drizzle honey on top of each milkshake to finish.

    This recipe just ended up a jumble of flavors that was too sweet for me. I think I'll stick to the old standby smoothies.

    This is probably one of the least appetizing flavor combinations I've ever ingested. The honey really doesn't work with the... nutmeg and cinnamon- in my opinion it gives it a really sour taste. I was very disappointed, as I thought the contrast might work out. Ick.Read more
