These were amazing, fluffy, and light. I tried the batter before i cooked it and it seamed a little bland. I added a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and a 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and it was some of the best pancakes i have ever had

These were good pancakes. The kids love them and we use cookie cut-outs to shape them before serving. We didn't have exploding pancakes or the flowery after taste as other reviewers wrote, but I did make two change: one, mix the dry and wet ingredients separately and then combine them; two, I ad a half tablespoon of vanilla to enhance the flavor.
