I loved these! I made a pitcher of them ( minus the egg) and took it to a party. We drank it as shoots. Everyone loved them.... I think they tasted kinda like orange serbert.Read more

    Needs More Candy Corn

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
The Candy corn infused vodka needs more Candy Corn flavor. I finally got my vodka to absorb 2.5 Cups of Candy Corn in a Week.... It gave the Martini a lot more flavor. I only rated this a four star because of the Idea of infusing Candy corn with the vodka, without it it would be a 3 star at best.Read more

good drink use the pasteurized if concerned about raw eggs

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
Tasty drink. I used a pasteurized carton of egg whites you can usually find near the eggs in grocery. This is good if you... are making them for a party as 2 Tablespoons of it equals one egg. A number of grocery stores now carry whole pasteurized eggs also.Read more

    not so good

Rated: 2 stars out of 5
This recipe is lacking something, I can't put my finger on what it is though. The orange liqueur and lemon over power the... candy corn flavor. I think more candy corn needs to be added than suggested in the recipe, plus letting it sit for 3 hours isn't nearly enough time. I let my sit for 2 1/2 days, then I ended up adding more candy corn. Mine is now sitting with the additional candy corn in it. Several us tasted this recipe in the kitchen, all excited to try it only to be sadly disappointed. I'm working on re-vamping this recipe as the initial idea of infusing candy corn into vodka warrants merit.Read more

    perfectly festive

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
This is genius and I am not a big fan of candy corn. I am currently making a double batch of the vodka and plan to make... these into little shooters for my guests on Halloween. My batch has been soaking for almost 7 hours- I take a taste every couple hours and the flavour is still intensifying...the colour is neon orange and the candy corn is nearly dissolved. I can only imagine how good these will taste ice cold and mixed with a splash of triple sec, lemon and dollop of meringue!!! Read more
