This is a tasty chicken, but has absolutely nothing to do with the Middle Ages. Why is it called medieval?

I adapted it to chicken tenderloins and used different proportions of the same ingredients. It's really delicious.

This pleased all five of my picky children and it was easy to make! We let it sit in the marinade for 30 minutes and cooked it in a stoneware pan. Delicious!
