Ingredients
- 1 pound sour cream
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
Combine sour cream and half-and-half. Whisk in the sugar and add in the lemon juice. Whisk to combine well and process in an ice cream machine.

very easy and very quick. It's better as an accent to fresh berries, too sweet and sour-creamy to have it alone. Would be good over a bowl of fresh berries and scoop of whip cream.
