Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 sprigs cilantro
- 1 lime wedge
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces mango juice or mango nectar
Directions
1-ounce simple syrup (equal amounts sugar and water heated until the sugar dissolves; cool)
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the cilantro, lime wedge and mango and muddle. Add more ice, and then add the vodka, mango puree and simple syrup. Cover with a cocktail shaker and shake well. Serve immediately.

Vaun, why did you give this drink recipe three stars just because you think FN should have a mixologist? What does that have to do with Guy or this recipe? I saw a three-star rating and figured this drink must not be very good, only to find out that you didn't actually try it.

I love you Guy - watch you all the time!!! DDD; we are using it as our retirement guide to travel.
Just want to say, no offense - Food Network should have an actual mixologist for drinks at least on this site, if not a 15 minute segment.
I like what I've seen and actually had the pleasure of tasting, Somer Perez - Rising Star page, her mixology skills. She just did a spirit dinner at Tale of the Cocktail in 'Orleans!!! She was great!!
Just a thought.....
